Barcelona Sports Academy is excited to announce the addition of Agustin Lombardi to our coaching staff. Coach Lombardi will be working with our tennis players in both Spain and Turkey, bringing his extensive experience and a passion for teaching to our programs.

Coach Lombardi’s tennis journey began at Cerritos College, where he quickly established himself as a standout player. His singles record of 19-3 and doubles record of 13-8 with various partners earned him the title of the state’s most improved player by the ITA. Additionally, his leadership qualities were recognized as he was named team captain and ITA Scholar-Athlete.

After Cerritos, Coach Lombardi transferred to the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), where he played at the No. 5 singles position, compiling a solid 6-14 record and showcasing his skill in doubles matches. His impressive doubles performances included partnerships with five different players, demonstrating his flexibility and teamwork.

Originally from Argentina, Coach Lombardi has competed in tennis tournaments across the country, gaining valuable experience in diverse settings. With his aspirations to become a professional tennis coach, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the Barcelona Sports Academy.
