Sergi Bertolin

Sergi joins BBA with an impressive passion for player development and a modern coaching mindset. A former player himself, he understands the challenges athletes face at every stage of their growth. His philosophy focuses on creating disciplined yet motivating training environments, where players build strong fundamentals, resilience, and confidence both on and off the court.

At BBA, Sergi will lead youth development programs and help shape the next generation of players through structured, progressive training. Known for his hands-on approach and ability to inspire young athletes, he emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and mental strength — the key ingredients to long-term success.

His fresh energy and dedication perfectly align with BBA’s mission to develop complete athletes, and we’re proud to have him on board.

Sergi Costa Vázquez

Coach Sergi Costa brings valuable experience as both a professional player and a mentor.
Born in 1996, Sergi played at a high level from a young age and represented Spain in youth national teams. His background gives him a unique perspective on the journey from junior basketball to elite competition — and that’s exactly what he now shares with our athletes.

As a coach, Sergi is detail-oriented and focused on helping players refine their skills, improve decision-making, and strengthen their basketball IQ. He believes in teaching players how to read the game, stay composed under pressure, and lead by example.

At BBA, Sergi will guide players transitioning from youth to senior levels, helping them understand the intensity and mindset required to succeed in professional basketball. His combination of technical skill and leadership makes him a key part of our coaching team
