The Pre-Season 8-Week Preparation Program in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, starting on December 1st, is designed for tennis players who want to enter the new season fully prepared, confident, and physically resilient. This program provides a complete performance framework that strengthens every aspect of a player’s game — physical, technical, tactical, and mental.

Program Focus Areas

Our training approach is built around four key pillars:

  • Physical Conditioning: progressive strength sessions, agility and speed development, footwork optimization, and endurance training tailored to tennis-specific demands.
  • Technical Precision: intensive work on stroke mechanics, ball control, point construction, and repetition of key patterns.
  • Tactical Performance: improving decision-making, court positioning, match-play strategy, and adapting to different opponents and styles.

Flexible Participation

The program is suitable for players of various competitive levels. Participation is fully adaptable:

  • Join for one week
  • Two weeks
  • Or complete the full eight-week program.

The participation fee is 400 EUR per week.
