Throughout the week, Herazo González demonstrated her skill and determination, delivering a strong performance alongside her doubles partner to claim the championship. Bulgarian tennis player Lia Karatancheva delivered an impressive performance at the W75 Bucharest tournament, held from June 30 to July 6, 2025, on clay in Romania.
Karatancheva battled through the qualifying draw, starting with a resounding 6-0, 6-2 victory over Japan's Mana Ayukawa in the first round. She continued her strong run by defeating Romania's Briana Szabo in a hard-fought three-set match, winning 6-2, 5-7, 6-1 in the second round of qualifying.
